Solution

SharePoint 2007 provided the capabilities to drive ‘patient engagement’ and offer a ‘ready to go’ mechanic to brand teams that is patient focused and commercially viable User experience activities included:

  • User Research -Analyzed market research and competitive sites to determine user requirements.
  • Information Architecture - Developed wireframes, sitemap, and functional specifications to depict user interface, organizational model, and navigation approach..
  • Content Strategy - Performed gap analysis using new user requirements against current site to determine content needs. Developed content matrix to illustrate where content would exist in new site.
