Help Senior Leaders harmonize best practices across multiple business lines and operational sites, while introducing a common set of new collaborative tools.
Solution
SharePoint 2007 provided the solution to promote Charles River Laboratories and their customers' growth and agility with a common global business platform to share knowledge, facilitate communication, and foster collaboration amongst our colleagues, customers, and partners. User experience activities included:
- User Research - Performed stakeholder and user interviews to understand challenges and determine user requirements. Designed and developed survey to gauge organizational readiness and validate user requirements.
- Information Architecture - Performed card sort to determine site organization. Developed wireframes and functional specifications depicting user interface design and navigation approach.
